Service Agreement and Terms of Use

This agreement sets out the fundamental terms between GES-TERMAL (the “Service Provider”) and the natural or legal person requesting thermal drone analysis and reporting services (the “Customer”).

1. Scope of Service

The Service Provider carries out data-collection flights involving observation and temperature analysis at the solar power plant site or industrial rooftops specified by the Customer, using unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) and radiometric thermal cameras. The collected data is reported and delivered using engineering approaches.

2. Site and Flight Safety

1. If adverse weather (excessive wind, rain or heavy cloud cover) or civil aviation (SHGM) flight restrictions affect the flight day, the operation date will be changed by mutual agreement.
2. The Customer is responsible for ensuring flight-site safety and supplying the Service Provider's representatives with the required internal facility permissions, including occupational health and safety permissions.

3. Reporting and Limitations of Liability

1. Thermal drone reports provide findings and analysis. Reports of “Faulty Panel / Hotspot / Connection Fault” must be confirmed through electrical measurements and physical site inspections.
2. The Service Provider shall not be liable for direct or indirect financial or non-pecuniary losses arising from delays in reports, natural risks at the site, or repair or investment decisions made by the Customer on the basis of findings in the reports.

4. Confidentiality and Data Ownership

The processed reports, thermal maps and all site data are the Customer's property. The Service Provider may not share this data with third parties or the press without the Customer's express written permission. For details, Privacy Policy may be consulted.

5. Breach and Termination

Either party may unilaterally terminate the purchase or provision of services by written notice if contractual obligations are not met. For cancelled operations, costs already incurred, including travel, accommodation and preliminary analysis, will be charged to the Customer.
