Two starting points, one clearly agreed scope

If you do not have images, we review the plant location, installed capacity, module layout and access conditions with you. We can plan the site survey in Türkiye, assess the images and prepare the agreed report. If your survey is already complete, we first assess whether the original files are suitable for remote reporting.

Requests for on-site flights outside Türkiye are discussed separately according to location, flight permissions, site access and operational feasibility. A multilingual website does not mean that we maintain a local office or an available flight team in every country.

The portal receives files; our team reviews them

Our team creates your account. Record the plant country, location and capacity, then upload its photographs. Analysis takes place in our separate application, not through automatic diagnoses or instant reports on the website.

The review considers thermal images, available visible-light photographs, site plans and the operational information you provide. Missing information and areas that cannot be assessed are distinguished from findings. Completing an upload does not mean that the technical review is complete.

Observations, interpretation and follow-up stay distinct

An unusual thermal pattern can identify a location requiring attention; it does not alone establish the precise fault or calculate lost generation. We distinguish what was observed from possible explanations and identify when further site checks are needed.

Maintenance decisions should also consider operating records, visual inspection and appropriate electrical measurements. Location detail, report language, delivery format and schedule are agreed during scoping.

Start with your plant and your objective

Share the country, location, installed kW or MW, layout and requirements. For existing images, include camera model, survey date and approximate file count. These help define the service required. Share only authorised information, without passwords or access keys.
